Proposed Utah Nurse Practitioner Bylaw Changes

Dear Members,

Please review the proposed bylaw changes for 2015. Changes are unanimously recommended by the UNP Board of Directors and serve to clarify the length of time proposed bylaw changes will be published before a vote can be called (reducing this from a month to two weeks of posting changes before a vote can be called), clarifying the number of Board Members at Large who rotate on and off the Board each year, as well as extending the term of President from 1 year to 2 years which will provide greater stability for the organization beginning with Dallen Ormond, our current President-Elect.
