Call for Nominations for the Utah Nurse Practitioner State Excellence Awards
Nurse Practitioner peers nominate outstanding clinicians for recognition throughout the year. These nominations are then reviewed and the UNP Awards Committee makes selections. Award winners are recognized during Nurse Practitioner Week and presented at the UNP Dinner Celebration.
The Utah Nurse Practitioner annual awards are presented to Nurse Practitioners who exhibit excellence in each of the following categories:
- Education
- Clinical
- PracticeResearch
- Leadership
- Community Service
- Outstanding Student
It is now time to recognize our colleagues who promote excellence as Nurse Practitioners. Let them know how much you appreciate their efforts.
Please use the attached nomination form to write a brief summary with your nomination.
Deadline for submission is October 24, 2014.
