Utah Nurse Practitioners would like to announce that applications for the 2014 ANNUAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS and COMMUNITY SERVICE GRANT are now being accepted. Applications are due by May 1, 2014. Awards will be presented at the annual pharmacology conference on May 17, 2014.
What is available?
Three Student Scholarships ($500 each)
One Community Service Grant ($500)
Who is eligible? Applicants must be a student or full member of UNP.
How to apply: Please submit a completed application form and a 500 word essay to the UNP scholarship committee.
Application Deadline: May 1, 2014.
