The President elect: 3 year term

The President-Elect shall be a member of the Board of Directors for the term of one year. The President-Elect shall be a voting member of the Board. The President-Elect shall succeed to the office of President then serve in the role of Immediate Past President. The President-Elect shall be a member of the Board of Directors. In the absence of the President the President-Elect shall preside at meetings. The President-Elect has the right to vote unless presiding and in this event shall vote only in the case of a tie.

Secretary 2 year term

The Secretary shall be a member of the Board of Directors for a two year term. The Secretary shall be a voting member of the Board. The Secretary shall record the minutes of meeting and review and distribute them to the board for review.  The Secretary is responsible for the email correspondence  to the web site and any needs identified by the Board.  The secretary also manages the electronic board voting.

Board Member: (2 year term) Education Chair

The Board members shall be a member for a two year term. The board members shall be voting members of the board. The board members shall be present for all board meeting representing their area of Education. They shall work in conjunction with the committee chairs whose committees are under their jurisdiction.

The committees overseen by the education chair include the Pharmacology Conference and the Snowbird Conference which occur annually as well as the Quarterly Dinner opportunities. The Pharmacology Chair will also oversee any interest in membership education opportunities to support local focus conferences.

Board Member: (1 year term) Communication Chair

The Board members shall be a member for a one year term. The board members shall be voting members of the board. The board members shall be present for all board meeting representing their area of Communication. They shall work in conjunction with the committee chairs whose committees are under their jurisdiction.

The committee overseen by the communication chair include community services and awards and recognition we will also be focused on developing the web site in areas of NP recognition and the communication chair will be responsible for these monthly features.
