Dear Utah APRNs,
Attached is a letter template for the Consultation and Referral plan legislation which you may download and edit for both your Representative and Senator. At this time we ask that you send the letter to your Utah State Representative (you can locate your State Representative by clicking on this link: http://le.utah.gov/GIS/findDistrict.jsp or if you know your district you can use the attached PDF file) and call him or her to garner support for House Bill 139. We have had Representatives reach out to us over the past few days to express their support for this bill because they have been contacted by their APRN constituents.
Please do not forget to address the appropriate Representative from your district and to sign the letter. Be sure to include your personal contact information in the blanks located in the last paragraph.
You will make a tremendous difference by these small actions!
