HB 336 Passes House Business & Labor Committee

I'm happy to tell you that HB 336 passed the House Business & Labor (B&L) Committee by unamimous vote (11,0,4) today! The bill will now move to the House of Representatives. We will notify the membership when it is time to contact your respective legislatures. We anticipate it will be presented to the House either this Friday or early next week. So stay tuned!
