Utah Nurse Practitioners would like to announce that applications for the 2013 ANNUAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS and COMMUNITY SERVICE GRANT are now being accepted. Applications are due by May 1, 2013. Awards will be presented at the annual pharmacology conference on May 18, 2013.
What is available?
Three student scholarships ($500 each)
One community service grant ($500) awarded to a clinically active Nurse Practitioner in need of funds for a project to help improve the care in our community, or an underserved population (may be local, national or international).
Who’s Eligible? Applicants must be a student or full member of UNP.
How to Apply: ALL interested individuals should submit a completed application form and include a double spaced, essay (maximum 500 words) to the UNP scholarship committee. Application Deadline is: May 1, 2013.
