Medicaid would like to inform the UNP Membership that the "Licensed Nurse Practitioner Manual" has been moved to the "Physician Services Manual". This activity is part of a larger process they have undertaken to streamline manuals and make it easier for providers, members and others to find information. This process has required them to consolidate information in some less than ideal ways.
Medicaid apologizes for the increased confusion, and "advises to counterintuitively find nurse practitioner related information in the 'Physician Services Manual', and they appreciate our patience with this effort".
