UNP Call for Student Scholarships & Community Service Grant Application
Utah Nurse Practitioners would like to announce that applications for the 2017 ANNUAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS and COMMUNITY SERVICE GRANT are now being accepted. Applications are due by October 25, 2017. Awards will be presented at the annual UNP Nurse Practitioner Week Dinner on November 16, 2017
What is available?
- Five Student Scholarships ($500 each)
- One Community Service Grant ($500)
Who is eligible? Applicants must be a student or full member of UNP and reside in Utah.
How to apply: Please submit a completed application form and a 500 word essay to the UNP scholarship committee.
Application Deadline: October 25, 2017
