Utah Nurse Practitioners are opposed to House Bill 90

UNP affirms our support and encouragement to health care providers in the state to utilize the evidence and best practices to treat patients, expecially when it comes to pain.

UNP will continue to make considerable effort to reduce the risk of opiate abuse. UNP is committed to safe and effective evidence based practice without further restriction to the decision-making ability of providers.
