We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing team. If you are passionate about hormones, chronic disease management, and holistic wellness, supplementation we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

• Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications/treatments.

• Manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.

• Manage hormones, thyroid, complete metabolic syndrome.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.

• Educate patients on preventive health measures and wellness strategies.

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records via EMR.

• Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Utah.

  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC).

  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

  • [1–3]+ years of experience in family practice, internal medicine, or urgent care, ER preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
