Incredibly Varied Primary Care Practice Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

House Call Doctors is a growing, physician-owned primary care office located in downtown Salt Lake City.  We have been providing primary care and palliative care services in the home since 2004. We have recently added ambulatory care and are looking to expand our patient population to better serve the needs of Salt Lake County.  

There are a variety of patient care opportunities including:

• clinic-based primary care,
• bioidentical hormone replacement,
• medication assisted weight loss,
• and even aesthetics (toxin and filler injections.) 
• There is also opportunity for those interested in doing some home-based visits.  

Each provider has a medical assistant in our office that assists with patient phone calls, refills, scheduling, and orders, among other tasks.  Our practice is dedicated to allowing providers to primarily utilize their energy making medical decisions rather than focusing on tasks that can be delegated. 

Schedule is variable but 35+ hours required.  Each provider carries a pager for their patient calls/concerns.  Coverage is available as needed.  

Compensation is contingent on experience and we are open to alternative payment models.

Opportunities are available for advancement and an increase in salary.  Additional opportunities for overtime. 

Experience is helpful, though not required.  Our medical director is willing and eager to train a provider with a growth mindset.
