Who We Are:

Founded in 2022 by Sarah MacCombie CMHC, OTL, and Angela Breeland COTA, our clinic is committed to providing outpatient mental health services to individuals, couples+, children, and families. Our core areas of expertise include trauma healing, anxiety and depression support, neurodivergent empowerment and destigmatization, LGBTQ+ transitioning and letter writing, religious deconstruction, and therapy for new life adjustments.

Our Approach:

We employ a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, including occupational therapy, medication perscription, play therapy, sensory based therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, somatic experiencing, sensorimotor psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, Gestalt, guided breathing and meditation, somatic transpersonal therapy, attachment-based therapy, shadow work, and inner child work. Our goal is to address symptoms of trauma comprehensively and empower our clients to navigate life's challenges.

What we offer:

• Competitive rates based on experience, paneling, license: $65-$83 an hour, hourly contract
• Full administrative support with scheduling, billing, and other supportive tasks
• As needed collaborative meetings with clinical director and/or neurodiversity specialist for workplace support and/or consultation
• Opportunity to increase caseload to as many clients as are availble

Therapist Role and Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a psychiatric nurse practitioner interested in joining our team!
• 1- 5 hours a week (choose your own schedule) with option to build up your caseload as desired.
• This is an independent contractor position ideal for someone looking for additional hours focusing on ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, and other mental health diagnoses, and someone interested in serving as the medication management lead of a small mental health clinic.
• You’ll provide neurodivergent and LGBTQ+-affirming medication management for individual adults and/or children, in person (at our offices in Millcreek) or remotely via telehealth
• Complete documentation by end of day

Requirements:

• Fully licensed PMHNP
• 1-3 years experience in mental health preferred
• Must be affirming of neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, disabled clients
• Must be comfortable providing services by video chat or phone as well as in person (as needed per legal requirements)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Specialization, training, or experience with ADHD and ASD preferred
• Previous experience working with neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and/or disabled clients and communities preferred.
• Evening availability preferred
• 1+ years experience preferred
• We prioritize hiring neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC therapists
